Returns & Refunds

At Garden Gummy Wellness, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety for our products. Due to our strict protocols, we do not offer returns or exchanges on orders. Once our products leave the warehouse, we cannot resell them, ensuring that every item you receive is fresh and untampered.

Order Cancellation

All sales are final, and due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We cannot edit or cancel orders once they have been placed.

Please double-check that the items in your order and shipping address are accurate before placing the order. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, and we cannot be responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address.

For subscriptions, please contact us at gardengummygirls@gmail.com **PRIOR** to your renewal order processing if you’d like assistance canceling or pausing the monthly order. If your monthly subscription order processes, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

Refund Process for Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is found to be defective or damaged, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.) or issued as store credit, depending on your preference. Garden Gummy Wellness is not responsible for refunds to a prepaid card if the cardholder no longer has possession of it.
